Below are the loco's which are
slowly being built for the layout.
The photo's above show progress on 2 of the 4 Manning Wardles. They use the N
gauge Minitrix 2-6-2 tank loco (pictured below) and a white metal kit. The
biggest drawback with this kit is that the chassis has inside frames not outside
as on the prototype.

Above is the Langley models 009 kit of the Baldwin 2-4-2 Lyn. This loco was
purchased by the L & B because a general strike in the UK meant that Manning
Wardle were unable to fulfil the order. The kit is white metal and brass and
uses the Graham Farish compound chassis.
